Questions

Why does UberBot need Administrator?

So it can do anything you are allowed to do. It still checks your own permissions on every request, and owners can switch it to read-only or owner-only at any time.

Is it safe to let my staff use it?

Yes — tick their role in the dashboard. They act with their own Discord permissions, and channels they can’t see stay invisible to them, even in search and the audit log.

What is an AI credit?

One quick question on the Fast model, the default on every plan. Smart and Genius answers use about 5 and 12 credits, and you choose when they’re worth it. Triggers and moderation cost a fraction of a credit per message. Using UberBot from your own Claude or ChatGPT is unlimited and uses no credits.

Does it read my messages?

Only when a feature needs it — your requests to UberBot, messages it reads because you asked, and (if you turn them on) AI moderation and the help desk. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the dashboard. You keep your plan until the end of the period, then drop to Free. Nothing is deleted.
